Itinerary

• • Your pre-arranged transfer agent will collect you very early from your hotel or Guesthouse and transfer you to the launch site in Skeerpoort, home of Bill Harrop’s “Original” Balloon Safaris in the Magalies River Valley.
  • Enjoy a hot cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate before your Balloon flight.
  • Embark the hot air balloon basket and undergo a safety briefing by the Pilot in Command.
  • The flight is approximately 1 hour in duration.
  • At landing, you will disembark the balloon basket, as the crew assist with packing up the balloon. You will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and orange juice to toast the adventure.
  • The retrieval crew will transfer you back to the Clubhouse Pavilion for a buffet breakfast after the flight.
  • Receive a Citation of Bravery from your Pilot.
